We make our recipes with as much locally grown, organic produce as possible, for the freshest and most nutritious meals. When organic produce is out of season, we recommend using frozen organic fruits and vegetables.
Of course, we are against factory-farmed meat for health and humane reasons. And hope you will also chose organic, cage-free poultry and pork, hormone and antibiotic free, grass-fed beef and lamb, and wild-caught seafood.
If you eat a plant-based diet, great! We tend to gravitate toward creating plant-based recipes that are gluten and dairy free.
Farmer's Markets and Farmer's Co-ops are a great source of locally grown organic produce and farm-raised meat. And seafood markets are great for wild-caught seafood, if you are lucky enough to live near one.
